Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Returns
At Farm Fresh Agro, we follow a 1-day return policy from the date of delivery for products purchased from our website – www.farmfreshagro.com. We strive to ensure that you receive only the freshest and best-quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 1 day of receiving your order by contacting our Customer Support Team at +91 9822984630 (Available all days, 09 AM – 10 PM).
Important Notes:
- Returns are only accepted if the product is spoiled, damaged, or incorrect.
- Partial payment orders will not be refunded.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Record a clear video showing the unboxing and the damaged product.
- Take a photo of the damaged item.
- Email the video and photo to farmfreshagro.info@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Failure to report damage within 24 hours will make the return request ineligible.
Cancellations
We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Due to this, once an order is placed, we do not accept cancellations.
Please ensure to review your order carefully before making a payment, as we will not be able to accommodate cancellation requests.
Refunds
- Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 4-5 working days.
- In case of any refund is approved it will take 4-5 Business days to get credited to your original payment method.
- Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used at the time of purchase (Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, etc.).
- The Management’s decision on refunds for damaged/defective products shall be final and binding.
- Farm Fresh Agro reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice.
