6. Shipping & Delivery
- Same-Day Delivery is available within select locations. Orders placed between 09 AM – 10 PM will be delivered on the same day; orders after that will be processed the next day.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placement. After that, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery with proof (image/video).
- Refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days after approval.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Farm Fresh Agro is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses arising from website use, order placement, or product consumption.
